A prayer for today

Jesus, I’ve been carrying more than I’ve said out loud. Help me tell You the truth about it. Give me the courage to ask for help, and help me receive it when someone comes close. Show me what I can set down today. Amen.

Redemption, One Piece at a Time

I’m a truck driver, and I’m building Redemption in the hours between shifts and time with my family. Sometimes a song starts with a question I can’t shake. Sometimes I realize there’s more to a character than I’ve shown, and I need to go back and tell that part of their story.

The story behind the pieces · A note from Jeff

That’s why these videos don’t always arrive in chronological order. You might see someone begin to trust God before you learn what made trusting Him so hard. I don’t have every chapter figured out. The more I write, the more there is to explore.

Each puzzle piece opens a character’s story and videos. Within those stories are moments like Photina praying beside Talia, Caleb trying to reach someone he recognizes himself in, and Eden facing something she wishes she could change. Their stories overlap, and what happens in one life can become part of someone else’s healing.

I’m writing for the person who thinks they’ve gone too far for Jesus to want them. For the parent hoping something will reach their daughter. For anyone who can look fine around other people and still struggle when they’re alone. I want these characters to feel familiar enough that someone might recognize their own questions and feel able to bring them to Christ.

The coffeehouse you see throughout Redemption is part of that hope, too. One day, I want to help create real places where people can sit down over coffee, share music, talk honestly, and encounter Jesus.

Choose a puzzle piece and hear a story. Come back as new pieces are added. Together, they’re forming a picture around the cross.

And if a character’s story brings something to mind, I’d like to hear it. What felt familiar? What would you like to understand more about them? Use Get in Touch to share a thought, ask a question, or suggest something worth exploring. The form prepares a private email to me; nothing is posted on this website.

Thank you for spending some of your time with these people I’m still getting to know.

Inside Redemption

The story of Redemption.

Redemption is an interconnected music-video series following people whose lives cross as they struggle with trauma, addiction, shame, and the choices they can’t undo.

Caleb returns from the Marines carrying memories he can’t leave behind. His search for Photina leads him into the streets, where he meets Edel, a former magazine editor whose polished life concealed wounds from childhood. Their encounter becomes part of a larger story that reaches from beneath a bridge to the open-mic stage at The Ark.

As their paths widen, other lives come into focus. Eden faces a secret from her past and the distance it has created in her marriage to Jasher. Priscilla struggles with addiction and a broken relationship with her father. Tamar searches for acceptance, while Talia’s loneliness draws her into conflict with Photina.

Later, a hospital prayer brings Photina face to face with Talia again. The girl she once fought is now someone she has asked God to help.

Each song reveals where a character stands at that moment. Some are still running. Others are beginning to trust Christ, admit what they’ve done, or forgive someone who hurt them.

Salvation begins a change they must learn to live out. Old habits return. Relationships take time to mend. Their past still has consequences, but it no longer has to decide every step ahead.

Through these connected lives, Redemption follows the difficult, sometimes unexpected ways people encounter Christ and begin again.

Beyond the screen

A coffeehouse.
An open mic.
A place to come in.

The Ark is part of the story, and it points toward Jeffrey’s long-term ministry vision: real open-mic coffeehouses where people can gather, share Christ, and hear someone’s story over a cup of coffee.

The hope is that people who have never known Christ will find Him there. These future locations are a plan, not places already open.

I’m a truck driver, and I’m building Redemption on my iPhone in the time I have between work and life. I use ChatGPT, Suno, and CapCut to help bring these songs and characters to life.

My daughter is one of the reasons I started this. I want to reach her generation, and anyone who looks at their past and thinks God couldn’t possibly want them.

If you see some of yourself in these stories, I hope you’ll keep watching. I want you to know there’s still a place for you with Christ.
